BRIAN KNIGHT - CAMP DIRECTOR
Coach Brian Knight brings over 16 years of coaching experience and more than 20 years as a camp director to Brian Knight Basketball Camps. He currently serves as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at a local 6A high school, leading one of the area’s most competitive programs. He has built a reputation for developing disciplined, confident, and fundamentally sound players.
Throughout his career, Coach Knight has guided his teams to multiple playoff appearances and, in 2018, helped lead the program to the 6A State Championship game, finishing as State Runner-Up. His coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, skill development, basketball IQ, and relentless effort, while also building confident, team-oriented leaders.
With decades of camp experience, Coach Knight creates an organized, energetic, and positive environment where players of all levels can improve. Campers receive focused small group instruction in shooting, ball handling, footwork, defense, and overall game awareness; all designed to help them compete with confidence and leave camp better than they arrived.
ABOUT THE CAMP
Brian Knight Basketball Camps are designed to be fun, competitive and valuable in helping players get better. The goal is to give campers the proper tools to take home and work on the rest of the summer. When a player leaves camp, he or she will have the knowledge and mastery of countless drills that will target his or her biggest areas of need. The atmosphere at camp is energetic, motivating and competitive. Campers and coaches will demonstrate great sportsmanship and use the skill of positive encouragement throughout the week.
ABOUT THE COACHES
The camp staff is made up of high school and junior high coaches and former college and high school players who love basketball. Each camp coach is committed to making sure every camper gets plenty of individual instruction. If a camper wants to improve, he or she will have plenty of opportunities and assistance.
